Spirit Family Reunion – Teton Sessions

Media house Teton Gravity Research (TGR) and Contour Music Festival are proud to introduce the “Teton Sessions.” Produced during the Contour Music Festival in Jackson Hole, Wyo., just down the road from TGR headquarters, were three intimate acoustic sessions shot in beautiful outdoor settings inspired by TGR’s production capabilities in such environments. Musicians were transported on a classic double chairlift to ascend 1,500 steep vertical feet to the top of Snow King Mountain overlooking the festival, the town of Jackson, and the stunning Teton Range for the recording sessions.

The first Teton Session features the talented Spirit Family Reunion. This six-piece band brings the raw energy of a folk or bluegrass band with the charm of a gospel choir resulting in a dynamic sound and rowdy live show. With a lively, foot stomping western sound, Spirit Family Reunion has received acclaim from Rolling Stone and NPR.

Additional Teton Sessions with Moon Taxi and The Cave Singers will be released August 6th and 20th, respectively.
